In the mid 90's I was riddled with terrible anxiety and panic attacks. Plus many phobias especially heights and flying. The fear of panic attacks was crippling me. I was previously an extroverted person but I was slowly collapsing my world and being an introvert sheltering myself into the comfort of my home. I started to distance myself from others. Not a happy time.

I started a quest for answers. Meds helped but I hate taking drugs plus they aren't a cure but just a way to suppress symptoms. Talk therapy - well it was nice to have someone to talk to but ultimately did very little.

I tried everything, hypnosis, reiki, meditation, shen, herbs...... they all helped a little but I wanted a CURE.

I took a hypnosis class at the School Of Healing Arts in San Diego. They taught this energy psychology method called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which looked goofy but my classmate Eric went home that night and cured his fear of heights in minutes. MINUTES!

I'll do anything if it works and work it did. Cleared my stress and anxiety - I was re-born. Wow! It was like your whole life was a cloudy day and then the sun broke through and changed you forever.

What a remarkable gift EFT is and I decided to dedicate my life to spreading the word and helping others clear the garbage out of their lives and live in joy and prosperity.
